I lived here for two years, and Shantell has been one of the highlights of my time at this building. She was always very attentive and helpful whenever I needed her, even responding to emergencies late at night. I’ve seen her handle serious issues, like difficult neighbors and pest problems, and she always made sure they were resolved. During my time here, I’ve only seen the building improve, and I truly believe her dedication played a big part in that. I will really miss living here, and Shantell is definitely one of the things I will miss the most

I will be starting this new apartment soon and I am so excited about it. I wanted to a special thank you to Sean, one of the managers. I really appreciate your attention to detail and patience in explaining everything to me. I find texting much easier than talking on the phone and Sean always responded promptly to anything I needed to know and really made me feel at ease. It was my first time moving into a new home so I thought it would be a lot of stress but with Sean’s help everything went smoothly and I will never forget your help. Thank you very much Sean ! And I love my new apartment 😊✨

Management is amazing! The building maintenance people are always available for any unfortunate mishaps or immediate fixtures. The manager is reliable and willing to assist with any situation at hand. We have a crew that keeps our building clean from top to bottom twice a week. Our gardener also has a significant role in maintaining the appearance of our outer exterior. I appreciate all the helpful and kind individuals who keep our living quarters fresh and clean. Moving into my new apartment went so smoothly. I was guided every step of the way by Alpine staff. Sean, the leasing agent was so helpful, he was straight forward and always texted me back immediately. He was very kind and actually cared about helping me through the process. Josefine, the apartment manager is also amazing, she was patient with me and was so helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment, shortly after moving in. Alpine also offers monetary compensation for referrals. Their property is clean and orderly. I felt at home right away.

Out of all my applications. Sean and Alpine LA Properties made it into a smooth experience. Sean was amazing, helpful, and a great experience to start my lease. I am usually busy and multitasking. My experience here has been good so far. Shantell, the property manager, has always been helpful and quick to respond. As well as the maintenance guy; they have always been quick to respond to any maintenance issue. I feel at home here; Neighbors are nice and friendly. Some even more helpful due to my recent diagnosis of cancer. Shantell has been so helpful in that area as well, and completely sweet. I enjoy living here.

The leasing manager Sean made the leasing experience very easy and fast. He is very approachable and responsive, and he helped me solve any problems I had very quickly. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the location, being a 5 minute walk from grocery stores and restaurants and more.
