I had a very negative experience dealing with this company. I inquired about a property to arrange a viewing, and scheduled the viewing only to have it cancelled (via email) due to 'low staffing' less than 2 hours prior. I scheduled another viewing through their automated service, but it was never acknowledged. I also tried to call and e-mail to reschedule the viewing promptly as I was a very motivated renter, and 2 weeks later still no one has bothered to follow up with me. I've since learned (through other means) that the property has been rented, which is fine, but someone could have had the decency to return my emails and phone calls to at least let me know. In the end I think I dodged a bullet as communication is close to impossible with these people, so I hate to think what I would have had to deal with as a renter with an issue that needed addressing. I'll avoid them in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would,
We put in an application, sent in all the information and paid the $100 fee, no responses from the company, you CANNOT get anyone on the phone. I have left several voicemails with no response, when you go to their office the only person that you can talk to is rude as hell, gives you an email to contact them through, when you try to send things to the email it does not go through. HORRIBLE customer service all they do is take your money

We had dealt with Alpha Property Management in Greenville for 3 year while renting a home on Honeysuckle Drive. We put a great deal of elbow grease into the home and cleared the nonexistent landscaping around the home and added mulch and plants. We had someone come in and clear the overgrown 1 acre parcel and had multiple neighbors compliment us on the outward appearance from what it had been. I cut up a tree that had fallen across the driveway saving the homeowner the expense, replaced cheap toilet seats with ceramic ones and replaced the rusty nasty vents throughout the home. The counter tops looked like paint had been slopped all over with big dried paint puddles on top. I scraped up the nasty paint blotches and turned the counter tops into something nice and presentable, only to have our security check withheld $550 to have them painted over again. I have never been refused my entire security deposit from any landlord due to us leaving the residence better than we found it. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails but they won’t return my call. I failed to mention before we moved into the residence that the mildew smell of mold was strong and that I wanted the home checked for mold. Upon moving in the smell was still there and said the issue had been “addressed”. Well I found the black mold inside the walls of the laundry room after replaced the dryer wall plug in to an updated one. We felt with air scrubbers and mold remediation for weeks with no washer or dryer. Such a complete joke. I’ll add the before and after countertop finish that supposedly costed them $550 to “fix” since the white disgusting top was so much better than the finished black top I did. A few mold pictures included. If they would’ve just sent me my security deposit back in full this review wouldn’t have happened. They won’t even return my calls….

I moved in to a home managed by Alpha Property LLC, and my experience was great. My application was processed within an ideal timeframe, communication was excellent with the management, and minor move in items were addressed quickly and efficiently with the maintenance team. Five stars ⭐️

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Now that I have seen how they docked my security deposit I can honestly and truthfully say this is by far the worst property management company. I rented a condo for one year in a nice neighborhood. It was a gated neighborhood. You would never think that the place had rats and yet, it had actual rats. And the management company? They said per the lease they would do nothing about it. They told me to hire my own pest control. The pest control didn't work- at all. It was a total hazard to my health. On top of this, the place was left in good condition and I paid 350 dollars to have the unit professionally cleaned. I took pictures of the entire unit which was spotless. There was minor painting that needed to be done as in a few spots where command strips damaged the paint. Somehow, they determined the floors were damaged (?). And this minor painting job costs them 650 dollars along with 200 for unspecified "flooring". There was no damaged flooring in the unit in which I have pictures of because I could tell when I left that this is the kind of people they are. I would never rent from Alpha again because I won't deal with being told over and over that they aren't responsible for health concerns at their own properties even after pest control fails. I also won't have people steal from me and these people are definitely shiesty.

This company lacks urgency when it comes to getting you and your family into a new home. Phones are still down after a month since hurricane Milton has passed. No responses via email from nobody. We had to drive a hour distance just to communicate with someone . Don’t recommend if you’re in a rush to find a new home because they will take their time with giving you a response of approval or being declined although they receive everything they need to provide their answer the day of applying due to us receiving confirmation copies of the same reports the check.

Carlos Tuazon made me several promises when they managed my property. He broke every single one and even allowed some priceless items to be stolen. He says he threw them out by accident, but nah, he probably stole them. Don't use this company or get everything in writing.

This company doesn't even deserve a star tbh. I didnt get a dollar back from my deposit for cleaning fee, blinds, $700 painting "beyond normal wear and tear" replacing a brand new filter i just installed even though our ac was broken for months (was fixed few days before move out). I spent from morning to night cleaning every inch of that place and still found items from previous renters (I doubt they hire professional cleaners), and about the paint it's ridiculous because there was a small patch that peeled upstairs and theyre charging me to paint for entire downstairs (look at pics). I did expect this outcome after reading reviews though which is why I didn'tbother spending more money on hiring an expensive cleaning service! 👎 and thats how the grinch stole Christmas, Merry Christmas alpha property!
