This apartment is very good and clean. Across the street, there is a park we can go for a walk. My neighbors are friendly. Our manager Simona is always being very nice and helpful. I was lucky to find this beautiful place!

This has been a great apartment complex to live in. The maintenance staff and Simona (the apartment manager) were extremely reliable and responsive, and the unit was well maintained and functional. The complex itself is regularly cleaned and groomed (I.e. never any overgrown grass, pool is always sparkling clean)

The option for 6 month lease and month-to-month was also a huge benefit. Individual parking plus on site laundry was extremely convenient. Will definitely miss living here! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, safe apartment near the freeway / South Bay Galleria area

I have lived in this complex for two years now...
It's about time that I share a rating. I enjoy my stay here...
The apartment complex is diverse, well kept, clean, safe and quite [just the way I prefer it to be] not to mention my neighbors on both sides of me are nice.
Mrs. Simona, the property manager and management team are always implementing property upgrades to maintain a nice environment which is greatly appreciated. Another highlight that is very convenient to me is that we tenants can pay our rent online through the Real Estate Connection portal.
Overall, I enjoy the Alondra Park Apartments and would recommend this complex to future amazing tenants as it is a comfortable place to reside and I am a happy tenant...

I lived there two years. Great little apartment complex, especially for a college student. Simona, the property manager is the best property manager I ever had. She is attentive, she keeps the place clean, and she is honest. Only drawback is no AC and in the summer the apartments get hot AF. Overall great spot though.

I lived there for 6 years. The only reason I moved out is due to relocating to Atlanta GA. The complex is always neat, clean and clam. Simona is the best property manager I have dealt with. She is very responsive to all maintenance requests and take a good care of her tenants. I will truly miss that place.

I have lived in Alondra Park Apartment for 24Months.
Apartment is not too big (Max 70-80 Apt) but managed very well.
Apartment Manager Simona is such a nice person , always helped us all the time.We got all maintenance done on time. Some time we got her help on public holidays. Its day or night if we ring her no# , she was always there to Help!
I have stayed in many large apartment but I have observed maintenance & responses of Apt Managers are not too good , maintenance are not proper.However Alondra Park we never faced such problem.

Noice Level : Its very quiet in alondra park.
Transportation : Good
Groceries & Stores: All are Near By
Safety : Apartment is gate Secured & never had trouble with safety..
