Our HOA moved over to Allstate in early November after many frustrating years with a different property management company. The transition period was facilitated by Tyler Matheis and Allstate's amazing Transition team who did all the heavy lifting, getting us up and running very quickly. Our property manager, Gregg Sauber, is very responsive to all requests and we have accomplished more in 3 months with Allstate than we had in years with the previous company. We have a great deal of deferred repairs catchup to take care of and Gregg is up to the task, always ready to provide competitive bids from his preferred vendors and to handle all our plumbing emergencies. The owners in our complex are delighted with the switch to Allstate and very excited to see all the improvements already happening.
