My husband and I used April and All-Star, not once, but twice! We had her help us with buying a home in Greenville, and then when we had to sell it to move to Florida, she helped us sell it. She not only helped us sell our home, she helped us sell it in one weekend... during a snow storm, and get three offers! I know that doesn't happen every time, but it happened for us. And April was outstanding in helping us prepare for it to go on sale. I had already moved and April was there to help my husband with everything he needed to do to get the house ready.
