This response is directed to Belinda Garcia. Thank you for your reply and for clarifying the steps in your rental process. However, I want to address my concerns regarding my experience at your office. While I understand that attending an open house is part of your process, I felt that the communication around the requirements could have been clearer.

I want to emphasize that my concern extends beyond the application process itself. While in your office, I was mistreated by Linda, who did not greet or speak to me courteously. Instead, she repeatedly questioned whether my name was on the sign-in list, even after you and I confirmed that the name was. This behavior felt harassing and discriminatory. I recall you being visibly surprised by Linda's treatment toward me, as she displayed an aggressive demeanor and did not adhere to high standards of professionalism and customer service.

I want to point out that leaving a five-star review and rating in response to this situation demonstrates a visible lack of honesty. It gives an impression of trying to cover up the negative aspects of the interaction instead of addressing them transparently.

Linda displayed an unprofessional and rude demeanor, making it one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. As a property manager, one would expect a higher level of professionalism. However, based on her responses to other reviews, it's clear she does not maintain high standards and provides poor customer service. There is also a noticeable lack of inclusion in how she operates. Her behavior seems discriminatory and biased, treating people unfairly. It's time for her to consider retiring if she cannot adapt to providing respectful service. Please don’t use the excuse of not meeting the qualifications, as I didn’t even turn my application in because of the horrible service.

I also want to clarify that my interaction with Linda was indeed direct, as she interrupted my conversation with Belinda multiple times, persistently and rudely asking for my name. It’s disappointing to see any claim that no interaction took place, as it is simply inaccurate. I believe that honesty and transparency are essential in maintaining high standards of service, and it’s concerning when those principles aren’t upheld Linda.

This response is to Alyssa Martinez. First I would like to say sorry you felt that way in our office. We are a Real Estate Business to which we operate with first attending our open house and asking everyone to sign in and then handed a application if interested. While you were here in our office, we did not mistreat you in any kind of discriminatory or unfairly way. We did not speak about your qualifications due to we never reviewed your application. All that was said to you was that you did not attend and need to attend the open house and we were not sure when the next open house will be due to, we had just taken 2 application this morning. If you are still interested in the property if available or any other properties that we have, please attend our open house, turn in application and we could processed from there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Im not someone who takes their time 2writing reviews but I have never spoken to someone with such bad customer service. Linda is the worst person I have ever came across in any situation. She has the attitude of a 17 year old. As far as her assistants, they were pretty nice and I personally feel bad for them for having to be working with her. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY unless Linda is gone. Do not sign a 6 month lease becasue after it is up they will not rerent to you and will not give you a reason why! Very unprofessional! They. Definitely have a roach problem too! No matter How bad u need a place, do urself a favor and find some where else. Even took money off my deposit for unnecessary things.

Linda and Eliza do not adhere to landlord tenant law. They will take advantage of you (never follow through with maintenance) and scam you (keep your deposit) with evidence that is minimal or made up (handyman company that painted my house did not exist). I have begun the process of taking all point properties to court and I will for sure win. Make sure to take photos upon move in and move out of all aspects of the house, even if it looks good and doesn't need a pic. Their inspections will be absent of any issues so when it's time for you to move out those issues will definitely come up. Make sure communication is done in writing because this will become useful evidence to you in the long run. Overall I do not understand how they have remained in business.

Place is a scam they don’t care about your family only want your money and to make you feel like trash no help with anything..I’m a single father with 2 lil one and they can’t even help me with a better life for thme thanks for nothing
