Live next door to one of the properties they manage. Every past and now the current tenant had nothing good to says about them. The place next to me is in deplorable condition. Gates falling down, yard full of weeds. Now the management company is stalling on a shared fence repair that is affecting my property. Spoke to Gaby, same song and dance. Every excuse in the book. I would not recommend these people for anything. Terrible.

If you rent through them, dont expect a deposit back. I even have video of how I left a property from them and spent hundreds cleaning it, and have very good history of how I've left previous properties. They used High Desert Maintenance and Home Repairs to price gouge. I would be very cautious with both of these companies.

This was the second time dealing with this company. They don't remember me, but I remember them. After they get my business I was important, I have to left, they talk bad about me behind me, in front others, ( Deposit that check quickly, I bet she doesn't have any money) that is what they say. The first time An employee stole a payment from me, I forgot to ask for a receipt, and she say I never pay. I went there because was the only company that came right away, writing this make remember how one of the managers, screamed at the phone because I have a pitbull living in the house. Was a scary day, make me look for a house righ away and move. Trash company, you wil b sorry, if you hire them

My opinion is my opinion so i feel like kerrie discriminates against tenants who are african American and not in military uniform and can be biased gabby is a lovely person they're properties are nice do not get me wrong but do not let them charge you for normal wear and tear there good for it

I called this morning on today and I was speaking to a lady by the name of Annette and I was asking a question and she really cut me off to say everything they do is on their website I wasn't even finished asking questions and I thought that wasn't cool maybe you had answers on there but not to the questions that I had so I won't be renting from them.
