This is my third home I have purchased and I can easily say that I wish I had worked with Chris Thomas on every single one!!!

Not only is Chris kind, but he is very thorough and professional! He does an EXCELLENT job at explaining things in a way that everyone can understand and has gone far out of his way and beyond his minimal responsibilities to help me close on my home.

This home was particularly challenging due to an unforeseen issue, causing it to take 5 months to close. Chris was phenomenal for those entire five months and made me feel like closing on my home was always at the top of his priority list despite all of the other work on his desk.

He always worked in my best interest and explained the many various options to protect my investment and keep my costs low.

Chris was very helpful. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. If he didn't know off the top of his head he got back with me in a timely manner. With the house being off the road system we had a few more challenges. But everything went smoothly and he did a really good job.
