Well long store short do NOT buy a house from Rajesh Verna for 1. He sells houses that are in foreclosure, as well as he considers himself a landlord and got the whole property red tagged got everyone of us kicked out no we’re to go he don’t answer he should have never legally been renting this property out he has serval lawsuits and so many more on the way so please find another realtor who considers safety and you as a priority

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. Elle Xu wasted five hours of my life and a half a tank of gas. The pictures in the listing weren't at all representative of the actual condition. After driving two and a half hours one way I get there and the place was trashed, house and barn were not as pictured as they were turned into an indoor grow operation. I was told to call her when I got there to receive an access code and she wouldn't pick up her phone even after speaking with her just before I left to confirm she would be available when I got there. No answer and never returned my call. I guess this is how she treats customers who aren't looking to purchase one of her multi million dollar listings.

Strongly advise against using this brokerage/agency (License #: 01522539). Brian Bush (License ID: 01949921) was the Seller’s Agent on the house we bought. He was also the owner and managed the entire flip of the house. The house was recently remodeled and that was one of the main reasons we chose to go with it, but found out very quickly that he and the construction crew cut many corners and left areas of the house unfinished or in unacceptable condition. As an example, we have had to pay over $4K within months of moving to clean out the attic, which was left in an unacceptable condition. Not only that but the broker on record, David Lodin, was notified of the issue and did nothing.

If you can avoid using them at all costs, please do - not worth it. They are not trustworthy or a reliable group of people especially as you’re making a huge investment in a home.
