The world has changed and this antiquated time piece can’t see it . Laws in SC are not favorable for investors. Agents make contracts and charge you for their time . Unbelievable how they want to charge buyer their commission. Plus gobble up termination fee before you even make a purchase . Something has to give in this state .

The Allen Tate team is great. In addition to exceptional realtors, this firm offers events to help encourage community for clients who are new to the area. We used Erica Simonavice. We worked with Erica Simonavice because of a friend’s recommendation. We were looking in Greenville and Asheville and ended up buying in NC so we couldn’t go with Erica as our agent but she was incredibly helpful and showed us what a realtor can be. We passed on a couple of Asheville realtors because they didn’t live up to the high expectations she set. My wife's father has a loose connection to the industry—he came viewing with us one day and he said it looks like she really knows her stuff. If we ever consider the Greenville area again in the future we will definitely be working with her.

The Robby Brady Team at this Allen Tate location is beyond spectacular. We purchased two homes using them and sold one. Our first purchase was a challenge coming from out of state, but they stayed in constant contact with us, working with the builder. We couldn't have been happier. Robby makes great suggestions when both buying and selling. We closed quickly in all circumstances with only very minor issues. And Robby was out in front of them each and every time. We can't believe just how smoothly all the transactions were. He and his team really know the Upstate! They found homes for us that were reasonable and exactly what we wanted. Robby is also a great negotiator. We would never even consider using a different real estate team.

If you want a company who refuses to make their employees do what they are supposed to, look no further here is the company for you! If you want broken promises and someone that won’t work for you but keeps pushing to lower the price ask for Joyce Barber to be the agent for your sale! If you want a company that takes advantage of a situation you are dealing with, you have come to the right place!
