When I lived in Redding I went through a PM that I adored and stayed with for YEARS. When I found Gabe and Allegiance Property Management I felt the same adoration and connection: a company that not only serves the owners they're listing and managing for but genuinely good people who also CARE about their tenants. Gabe knew I had a goal to my son and I into a newer and safer home that would allow me to work from home more efficiently and provide my son and our puppy a beautiful home. Gabe went to bat for me and I'm so happy to have met him and his family. I plan on being with Allegiance for many years and one day I hope Gabe will be able to manage my own rentals. Understand that this a very busy guy but he will always get back to you! 🙂

I found my current rental through APM and have worked with Adam since the beginning. He has been very responsive to any issues we have had with the house. He is very professional and friendly. I would recommend APM to anyone looking to rent or use them as PM company.

I would give them less than a star if I could. They moved someone into my house without collecting a single dollar. Ended up costing me over $20,000 because it took over 6 months to get this person out of my house. Extremely unprofessional and refused to take any responsibility for there mistakes. Adam and Gabe are completely irresponsible and should not be trusted.

These guys have military backgrounds but don't respond, cancel appointments the day of, and show up 30 minutes late on the reschedule. Has an above you attitude when showing the place. Multiple Google business pages and addresses with congruent reviews outlining their lack of business professionalism and punctuality. However near 5 stars on yelp.

Gabriel is a liar. After I posted the review he came back saying the house didn't meet the health and safety standards. This was never even mentioned until I wrote the review. Absolutely terrible property manager. Not only did he place a tenant without disclosing their financials he also did a repair without authorization. He quit being the property manager. He took the placement fee and the excess repair cost. That tenant is now late and probably will end up being evicted. He also has me paying the tenant's water bill. There is a pool there and the tenant was supposed to pay the $80 or so water bill every month. He never once told them this is a bill that they are supposed to pay.

In response to Gabriel's allegation. It is a joke. If I did not meet the health and safety standards than why did he place the tenant in the home. That is a disservice to the tenant. This is the first time that I heard about health and safety standards not being met. He is a liar.

As far as my demeanor. I have never met him. How can he know my demeanor. I was always pleasant until the unauthorized repair which I was not happy with. That is when he said he no longer wanted to deal with me. Never a mention of health and safety. It begs the question, why place a tenant, if the place was lacking in health and safety standards. What kind of property manager does that.

I wish I could give this management company zero stars. When you call the number it takes forever to get a reply. Finally when someone does reply they don’t have time to show the property and even stood me up today after I waited over 30 minutes.
If you’re the owner of the 3 story on 20th street, Sacramento. You should try to find a new PM; I’ve tried looking at your property THREE times to rent and they never have time to show the property and didn’t show up once after saying they could make it after 4pm
