Being a first time real estate investor, me and my wife were looking for PM companies in ATL metropolitan area and spoke with quite a few companies and finally decided to hire All County Cumberland. We have been thoroughly impressed with the services provided by them so far. Whole team was proactive in doing market research, creating detailed rent report for surrounding area, marketing the property, arranging showings, manage applications, do thorough background check and finalizing the tenants.
Once the property is up for rent, Their operations team will keep you posted on showings and applications every Tuesday and Thursday.
With their extra ordinary efforts upfront, we were able to secure the tenants within a month.
Big thanks to Carmen, Timothy and Jenny. Very approachable team. Quick to respond. So if you are owning your first rental property, I would highly recommend All County Cumberland property management company.
