I recently received a mortgage offer through Alexander Hall. Harry Toor who assisted me through the process from the beginning to the very end has been an absolute star. As a first time buyer I had very little knowledge of the processes involved, however Harry guided me through the process in an initial face to face consultation which was very informative, he was also very happy to answer subsequent questions that I had and even hold a second consultation for my partner. Harry was super fast in being able to obtain a mortgage in principle the same day as the consultation. Harry was always prompt with keeping me informed. All in all I am very happy with the service I have received from Harry as I was able.to gain access to the best rates possible.
