As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into or what the process would be like. Oh boy!!!!! Albert was incredible- not only did he anticipate all the emotions my wife and I would go through during the process, he also served a great role of part time therapist and talk us off the ledge several times. Albert absolutely understands what it takes to make your dream home a reality. My wife and I had been in the market for several years to purchase our dream home. We had a lot of “must haves” on our list, and we were just about to give up on the dream. Then, three weeks before Christmas, Albert arranged for a showing of this beautiful home, it had privacy, a big lot, and was newly renovated. As we pulled up to our new home, which we nicknamed “Casa Blanca” , we instantly knew this one was our new home. It had everything we wanted on our list and more. The home was perfect and so was the price. Albert was able to negotiate a hundred thousand dollars off the selling price, which for us, sealed the deal. We moved quickly, celebrated Christmas and the New Year and then experienced a snow covered Fairy tale in February. The final word on our buying experience is, if you are looking for a patient, hardworking, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent, Albert is your guy.
