My experience was great. My sales rep wasn’t salesy at all, he was patient, listened well, and seemed understanding.

I traded in my wife’s 2011 Subaru WRX for a 2024 WRX TR. The team at this branch were very helpful.

They were willing to negotiate, and after about 2 hrs, I felt like I got an excellent deal.

To help me with the surprise, they let me take the new car to pick up my wife from the airport. They even gave me a giant red bow to place on the car.

After surprising my wife, we went back to the dealer to finish signing. I noticed the car didn’t have the rubber mats that it was supposed to have, so I asked them about it. They initially were a tad bit ignorant about it. One of the managers told me it was just the trunk that comes with the all weather Matt. Then he said if it’s not on the window sticker then it doesn’t have it - that sometimes they leave the factory without them.

I insisted, my sales rep (SeWang?) checked the sticker and sure enough it was there. He was kind enough to go pull some from the back. Happy customer.

Very happy with my experience and would definitely shop here again. Recommending my mother come by and trade in her old forester.

This Subaru service spot is excellent. I’ve had to take my Outback in a couple of times for recalls and the service has always been top notch. Always got my car the same day (make an appt) and they’ve always offered me either a loaner or a shuttle home. I live close enough that I didn’t need it but it’s nice to have been offered either. I had three different lights out in the exterior and they were able replace the bulbs with my last recall at a very reasonable price. Alan was great on my last visit but everyone here is friendly and helpful.

I took my car to Albany Subaru for my 60,000 mile check up. I didn’t expect the price, but it’s the around the same at other dealerships. I was helped by Jay, and he did a great job explaining everything to me. He kept me updated through texts regularly and informed me off all my options. It was very helpful . The cashier was also friendly and patient when I presented a coupon and a couple forms of payment. Overall, I was treated well and the staff was helpful. I would’ve appreciated a car wash after the service, but I’ll definitely take my car back for my next service.

The SERVICE department is stellar. When I arrive, someone greets me at my car already knowing who I am. I find that very welcoming and charming. The service department is efficient, clean and calm. Months ago I had a problem with my radio where my stations would not stay on hold so I had to constantly search manually for my favorite station. I called twice and was told it would cost what seemed like an outrageous price to even look at it. The volume switch broke a few weeks ago so I called again. Same story...$1400 to replace the system since the volume button could not be replaced by itself. I was so discouraged and considered a new car which may seem crazy but there were other issues I was thinking about. About 2 hours later while shopping, Sara from service called me and said she looked up my account and my radio was covered with my service plan. WOW. WOW. She took the time to figure that out...over and beyond what anyone else did in the past. Yesterday I got my new system and for the first time in months and months could listen to the radio without being so stressed out. I test drove the car I thought I wanted just based on gas mileage and realized how much I like my current Forester and did not like the car I test drove. Super happy to love my Forester again.
