Called ACPW Maintenance and Operations Department to report a faulty traffic signal on Hampton Rd (Eastbound at intersection of Mission Blvd) that continues to get skipped for 3-5+ cycles. This has been an ongoing issue that I've repeatedly called about because I'd like it fixed.

Both Intake Operator Jay and Supervisor Jason Phong Phung acknowledged the repeated calls, reports and work requests they receive from OTHER constituents however because Supervisor Jason Phung does not experience it himself when he visits onsite, he says it's "fine" and doesn't believe there is anything to fix.

A guy named James was super helpful. I was given some really vague questions from another department, and even though it wasn't in his jurisdiction it was he gave me a path to get the answers. I really appreciate is "get to an answer" mentality.
