We had an absolutely wonderful time in Kiawah. Our accomodations were exactly what we were looking for. The rental was clean and the perfect size. We loved the screened in porch, the bike ride or walk to the beach was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the alligators, herons and turtles in the pond. We will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kiawah. We have been coming to this area for several years.This villa is very comfortable. We like to cook while on vacation and this villa was so well equipped… The bedrooms were all wonderful. Great linens and pillows!!! The management team at Akers Ellis was fantastic… we had a few simple questions and their team was easily reachable. The living room and deck face the 16th green on the Cougar Point Golf Course.

Lots of walking paths.
The credit for beach equipment or bikes was a definite plus.
Easy access to several golf courses and Fresh Fields center is very close.

We hope to return… as do,our friends who were with us. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

5014 Green Dolphin is an absolute dream!!
I would add a star if I could! Definitely a high end rental property!! It’s clear that it’s been renovated recently AND A GOOD JOB WAS DONE!! These owners have thought out every detail in the entire condo, they truly do spoil their renters. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach!
If you are looking for a wonderful spacious place, this one is it!! It has two primary suites, one of them being on the top level- absolutely peaceful and a extra 2 XL twin bedroom with space for blow up mattresses - the bathrooms feel like you are at a spa, the little balconies are perfect with gorgeous views of nature, water and the golf course!

Highly recommended and to the owners - thank you for the lovely opportunity to have my family spend a wonderful vacation in your rental property.

My family and I have been going to Kiawah for 46 years and have experienced many, many Perfect Moments there.

Having had multiple reasons to rent from owners through an agency (our daughter’s wedding, six national sales meetings, and many, many family vacations), and having experience with several, Akers Ellis provided, time after time, a seamless experience. There was no drama, anxiety, or disruption during our stays.

They have all of the bases covered.

Another outstanding family adventure. Our 7th year visiting Kiawah. Our Akers managed rental villas have always been great. Clean, spacious and perfect location. Easy walks to the beach. Beautiful views and landscaping. The restaurants are always the highlight of or stays. Great food and service.

Best House!
This house is beautiful, spacious and filled with high quality beds, linens, kitchen tools and everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to go. The location is excellent; a nice stroll to the beach and a slightly longer walk to restaurants and the Sanctuary. Great memories!

This condo was amazing inside and out, and had an incredibly beautiful view. It was immaculate and the furnishings were just perfect. The staff at Akers were very attentive and professional. I would not hesitate to rent this unit for another trip to Kiawah!

We had a great experience with Akers Ellis. Communication was quick and helpful. They were accommodating to our requests. The condo was clean, beautiful and just as described online. It was perfectly located near the tennis courts. We had a wonderful weekend.
