We love renting from AJ Property Management! Gavin (the landlord) is very timely with communication and is anyways kind during our encounters. The maintenance team is outstanding and always makes sure that requests are taken care of promptly and always ask if we need anything else while they are there. Even if they arent able to come when you checked for availablity, they will call you personally to see when it works for them to come and fix the problem. We have had bad experiences with other rental companies but AJ Property Management is amazing!

Gavin and his team have been great since taking over our property! Maintenance has been great and communication is great. Our building was in a state of neglect when they took over and they are working very hard to fix all of those things. We were also given the opportunity to recently upgrade our apartment and we were thrilled with how that went despite us being sick during moving. Great team to work with when looking for a new home. Highly recommend

I really love the company. The apartment I rent through them is spacious and affordable. I also really love the open communication and how quick the maintenance request are fixed. I have actually gotten to meet the people I am in close communication with and they have all been extremely helpful and patient. When I lost my job they helped me find solutions instead of immediately trying to evict. I am grateful and couldn't ask for a better company to work with

They are the top in the industry. Very easy to work through the leasing process. After having been a resident with them for multiple years snow removal, maintenance requests, lawn, and upkeep are all completed in a timely manner. They really do their best to balance the best interests of their residents and property owners. Highly recommend!!
