Gintaras was a referral from our lender and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent! My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home in greater Sac with no idea what to expect (ie red flags, green flags, escrow process, all of it). Even with all our questions and anxieties, we never felt like a second priority because Gintaras was always present and attentive. We didn’t get the first house we bid on (lost to a cash offer) but we got the second house (and objectively WAY better house lol) that we bid on, thanks to the intel that Gintaras was able to score from the selling agent.
