If I could I’d give them 0 stars! They accuse people of doing stuff the don’t do. My wife almost fell through the back porch and the bathroom floor from where they didn’t fix the floors too good. Also, if you rent from them and someone that don’t rent from them calls and complains on you they will believe the people who made the call against you. They also rip people off out of their money! They are trying to say that I owe for a late rent payment when I mailed the rest of my late payment to them. As soon as we can we are moving do not rent from these people!

They deleted my review, don't rent from this company, there was black mold in the house I lived at, floor falling in, ceiling falling in cause they covered damage up with a tarp, 3 electrical outlets caught fire, the house would literally shock you if you put your hand on the metal exterior, the carpets were coming up black even after using a carpet cleaner over 10 times. This company is a disgrace and needs to be shut down they do not care about their tenants, the tree that fell onto the house prior stating tarp on the roof, the top of the tree fell onto the house while the rest of the tree fell onto my car, they had knowledge of this tree being dead and all I got was "I'm sorry but oh you owe us 3000 in back rent." Not helping me at all and couldn't even get a job cause I lived in the middle of nowhere land, it took them months to even get the tree off the property and off my car . I was told by cops after they came and looked at the house that I need to sue them for every penny they have and I'm thinking about it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND DO NOT RENT 205 SQUIRREL AVE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I called to request an appointment to be shown a house. I was told a person would call me and set up a time depending upon their schedule. After 2 hours, I called just to make sure my message had been passed along to that person. I was told he wasn't in the office but that he would be calling me. After another 2 hour wait, I called and asked if it was normal procedure to wait so long for a call back, just to be told it depended on the person's schedule. I'm sorry, but if a call cannot be made within four hours, it is a total lack of professionalism. A courtesy call, to ensure the person they received your message, takes less than 30 seconds. And the lady was very rude after I asked these questions and requested not to be contacted.

The worst people you could ever rent from. Might as well go ahead and build a cardboard box for a house cause it'd be better quality than the slums these people rent out. And don't expect them to fix anything or work with you on the rent unless you pursue them legally.

They told us the house we out in for someone already got it.than we called back to ask if they had something and they told us the house we wanted was still empty.and when we told them they told us earlier someone has gotten it,they seemed to be confused, and they said they would call back and never did
