I have been a rental for over 20 years. This rental experience started off very shaky but I proceed with confidence that it would turn out to be a great rental experience. I even rewed due to the unavailability of other rentals at the time my renewal was coming up. I resigned knowing things would continue to be shaky. Two months into my rental resigning. I have experienced continue neglect in communication to resolve maintenance issue or my concerns of safety issue. It has been over seven days sense my electrical maintenance request has been issued. I have been slammed with $25 dollar fee for violation for code of conduct due to my overly expressed concerned over issues the landlord and husband maintenance man Brian fail fail to respond to in a timely manner. I can only reach Joann by text she does responds to when she feels like it and she her only working number is a google number that she does not answer. I am completely stressed and bother by this tenant and landlord relationship. I have been trying reach my Landlord since Sunday May 24th to come to a dissolve and come to a resolution regarding my lease agreement. She has not responded to my request to discuss.

I wanted to follow up on my last review....I ended up renting from JoAnne and she is amazing!! This woman is a professional times TWO! She is not only a real estate agent, but also a mental health professional as well! This lady is busy but she has her stuff together and she is absolutely one of the most genuinely caring people that I have ever met! Affordable Dream Properties will help you get in a nice,affordable home and help you fix your credit at the same time. I highly recommend renting from this company!
