Affirmed Housing provides quality affordable living opportunity of everyone. My experience in living at Lotus Gardens has been wonderful. Affirmed Housing provides resources for after school care, housing for veterans, and senior living. They provided my kids and myself a community that is professional, clean, and a no nonsense atmosphere. I must say living here is the best and i appreciate all that they have done.

I've been living at Lotus Garden Apts for about 5yrs now. Me & my son really enjoy living here. They have a great recreation area that my son can go to after school for his homework & studies using a computer. They also have great parties for the holidays with food drinks & plenty of great energy & vibes. They have a play area for the kids to play & interact with each other. The property is clean we have great neighbors, also the property manager is a great person, she is out going, friendly & i have lots of respect for her. Let's just say I'm very blessed & glad I moved to affirmed housing in a great neighborhood for my son to grown up in.

I live at the Kristine Apartments. On November 15th, I will be here 3 years in apt. #23. I really love my apt. & enjoy living here, where it is very quite, very well kept up, laundry room is always cleaned by our maintenance man & very friendly tenantenants. I enjoy the living environment around here, no one bothers anyone, lots of respect. As for the manager Sunny, from the beginning she has always treated me with respect & listens to my concerns when it come to anything to do with my apartments. She is friendly, always has a smiling & no matter what she always says or waves hello to me. Our maintenance man Cruz is awesome, very efficient in his work, one darn hard worker. Over all the Kristine Apartments is a great place to live. I was so glad when I got approved to rent a apt. here. I love my apartment & enjoy it very much. As for Sunny & Cruz I enjoy seeing them everyday that they work.

My experience at Eastgate At Creekside has been great. When my family and I first moved into our apartment it had never been lived in, so it was very nice living in a new place. Maintenance seems to always be available to help when we need things fixed in our apartment. My husband recently got surgery, and was not able to use stairs, and Crystal the leasing manager was able to accommodate us, and moved us into a different unit. We are very happy living here!

Affirmed Housing has been a great a neighbor in our community. The housing and programs provided, make the community much stronger and more beautiful. The completed projects are well built and maintained. I wish more companies had the vision, mission, and values as Affirmed Housing!
