When I went to view a one bedroom, second floor apartment I was impressed by the quality of the entire space! I love how the stairs leading up were covered so rain or shine you have nothing to worry about. The apartment itself was very clean, I love the open layout of the kitchen and living room. Huge closet space AND a decent size laundry room, LOVE THAT. I love the spacious patio, and the view, unbeatable for the area. Lastly, Anna Marie is one of the sweetest, most professional people in this industry. She’s very knowledgeable on literally every question I asked, and you can tell how passionate she is about her job. That alone is enough for a five star review! Keep up the good work, Advenir at Mallory Lake! Best apartments in town!!

When we went to go apply/tour the facility it was WONDERFUL. All questions answered but mostly all basis covered by Anna. Little room for error except for when we signed. My husband and I didn’t read the apartments amenities as we needed half carpet and was put in a all hardwood flooring unit that we signed (we didn’t read it all the way through) . Regardless of our mess up we contacted them and they are in the process of transferring us. Not many apartments do that. During this period staff has been more then willing to help and help make things right even as it was our fault for not seeing that. Thank you guys ! And Thank you Anna for going above and beyond for my family !

Great new modern apartment complex! Anna Marie was our leasing agent and she went above and beyond helping us pick out our perfect 2 bedroom unit! Very spacious units with modern amenities. I’d say best in Lagrange

This is a place that is truly worried about looks and very little about actual comfort. Let me tell you, there is NO sound proofing. We made the mistake of living on the first floor, because, silly us, we assumed there would be some sound proofing. Wrong. Unless you live on the third floor or are lucky enough that no one moves in above you, you probably won't enjoy much peace or silence in your own home. Don't speak too loud either, we can hear our neighbor's conversations in some places.
Water doesn't get particularly hot and there is very little water pressure. There seems to be no coating on the countertops so be careful not to spill anything ever. The 'high tech' mail room we were promised is literally just an outside room with a camera. Still waiting on the gate for our 'gated community ' to become functional.

Moving here is one of the best decisions we ever made. Chasidy helped us through the whole process with great enthusiasm and always providing all needed information, she is a rockstar, we are really thankful for moving to a new community where neighbors are friendly and respectful, also the area is really chill and safe.

We met Anna Marie when we toured and she gave us the absolute best impression we could’ve gotten of the atmosphere at Mallory Lake. She was very knowledgeable and helped us so much with our process! Unfortunately, our circumstances have changed and we wont be able to move in, but we had to share our experience. When employees are happy, it tells a lot of the place, and we hope we can come back and look again!

Chasidy was the epitome of professionalism and patience. She was very knowledgeable of the rental process. Ann Marie was also very kind and helpful. The amenities are very nice. I love my apartment. Kudos to the staff at Advenir of Mallory Lake.
