My father past away a few months ago and Sally was the agent I went with to assist with the selling of his estate. Unlike most realestate sales, our situation was unique. I live in Canada and the estate is in Fredonia. We had to do all communications via text, email or phone. Sally took it on herself to get a contractor to clean up the property, sent all legal documents that I digitally signed, got the septic figured out, she did basically everything. I would highly recommend her as a go to realestate agent. Nothing but positive feelings in how she went about assisting me, had my best interests at heart..... Couldn't have done it without her very high level of professionalism! Thanx Sally ❤️

I decided few weeks ago to put my kanab house on the market.
My idea was to sell quickly as I had some property over sea I was looking for already .
When I first walk in Adobe real estate office
I was sold to use them as soon I talked to Sarah and Meghan ..
They did an exceptional job .
They were the nicest person to work with .
Very professional ; very communicative.
They keep me informed step by step while I was in Europe .
They had a wonderful advertising package who brings interest right away .they find a buyer in a couple of weeks .
And even backed up with others offers .
The process went as smooth as possible thanks to the hard work behind the scenes
I'll have another property to sell soon and of course I won't look for anybody else .
I'll use the A +team again .
Thanks to you again as the timing was perfect
I was able to make a deal on a house i was dreaming about
