Kelly is professional. I had the privilege of being able to work with Kelly regarding my estate and she not only met, but exceeded my expectations. She is friendly and her presence is warm. When she arrived for our scheduled appointment she was punctual. Kelly is an expert in her business and she has an ability to remove any fears, concerns and reluctance from her clients due to her knowledge, experience and incredibly thorough research she meticulously does to help her clients reach their goals. There was so much to consider, very big decisions to make and much at stake due to my circumstances but Kelly is a true professional and represents her business terrifically well. She answered all my questions and helped me to make more informed decisions, while also addressing my concerns, by providing me with up-to-date data she accumulated on my estate, research she conducted, other business models and her own knowledge of the business which was in-depth. Kelly has a personality that makes her a real team player and an outstanding individual to work with. The business I was undertaking with my home, in addition to the time required for locating not the best, but the right person to assist me, can be very cumbersome, tiring and full of fears, impediments, just plain confusion. Kelly proved to be not just the best choice for me but the only choice for me in selecting a company I'd like to be loyal to and develop a lifelong business relationship with; this matters particularly when you have very personal information and sensitive matters that need to be disclosed but you do not want a grocery list of individuals or companies you have to go down. Kelly and her company, I can rest assured has my best interests, needs and concerns placed first. She demonstrated a very sincere and authentic demeanor that showed me she wanted to help me, help me reach my goals, but do it with the best solutions available to me and with a professional knowledge base. Kelly listened attentively to my individual needs, concerns and fears and then offered expert consultation on things I needed to know, to consider and solutions going forward. Her patience and her immediate correspondence greatly helps to reassure you that she always makes an effort to assist you as best she can, but also that you are never in this process alone. That meant alot to me. The information that she gathered from our meeting, her evaluations and her own data she arrived with on hand, was then converted into a very professional outline she personally formed and put together, which helped increase my ability to make more complete deliberations, better understand my options, and make a more informed decision moving forward. She did not just enlighten me with a better understanding of real estate or in fact, what I needed to know about my own decisions, but did so through careful explanation based off her lifetime of professional experience, knowledge, her ability to ask the right questions, & to navigate the very complex terrain of real estate expertly. She accomplished this all in a 30 minute scheduled appointment and provided me with a plethora of options, things to consider and feedback in just a few amount of days after that. This is the second review I had to write on her after my first got accidentally deleted. Kelly is a very special person, you'll have no regrets.

Kelly was absolutely the best agent to work with concerning propoffers.com. She was fabulous at giving instructions as to how to complete the information at properoffers.com. This system is not user-friendly. But Kelly made it easy to complete everything necessary for our Offer to be accepted. She stayed in contact with me to keep the process moving. She was amazing.
