If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER.

Our rep, Agustina, and her “team” were beyond incompetent, to the point where the Escrow Officer at the Title Company told us they were the worst lender she’s ever worked with.

Not only did our Client/Investor have an almost-perfect credit score, over $800k in funds available in his accounts, an in-place tenant for the property, and a stellar reputation in the real estate investment space, they continued to abuse and berate our client with condition after unnecessary condition, even going so far as to ask him to write a “letter explaining why he wanted to buy the property”. This is unheard of. And they waited until THE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING to ask for 2 complete bank statements to show $3000 and change in reserves. We then supplied a bank statement that showed more than $500k as the balance within the required timeframe, and they wanted MORE proof. I firmly believe they never had the funds to close and were looking for an excuse not to.

We will do whatever it takes to warn other individuals, brokers, investors, etc of AD Mortgage’s practices and false promises.
