Thank God for this AWESOME company. It was a great experience going to the process. I am VERY satified with my new two bedroom apartment.I would recommend this company to anyone who has had credit problems in the past and looking for a new start. Marc Page and Acumen Property Group has been by far the BEST leasing company I have ever worked with. They were they attentive to every need that I had and at times it felt like I was their only tenant. Repairs (if needed) were always done in a timely fashion, concerns were always handled with urgency and accuracy. The property was always kept up to spec. I was always able to get in touch with someone if I had a question or concern. Too often, property managers and owners seem to make renters feel inferior because of their choice to rent and not own. This is not the case with APG, Marc Page and his staff were courteous, respectful and treated me with dignity and respect from the first initial move-in inspection, to the final walk through. My experience with this management company has been nothing short of amazing! I have rented from several other agencies in the past, and will never forget the exceptional customer service shown to me and my family. I am on my way to home ownership and I have Mr. Page and his staff to thank for that. This team deserves a GOLD MEDAL!

My experience with Acumen Property Group has been exceptional. First, they work with clients who have less than perfect credit. Second, the maintenance staff is quick and very efficient. Third, Marc Page and his staff do a great job of communicating with their clients. Finally, Acumen Property Group offers clean and affordable homes in and around metropolitan Atlanta. Marc and his team were outstanding!!! They were attentive and very quick with all needs. Answered questions without hesitation. The maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manner.

They were great liaisons between me and the owner with all issues. They made sure to treat both renter and owner fairly. Lambert was my favorite property manager. So down to earth and so human. He always address concern and asked questions immediately if he didn't know. Very caring. Marc as I told you before, you have a gem in him.

Overall awesome company, especially coming from dealing with a company that was the complete opposite. Thanks for setting the standard!!

I have rented a property from acumen property group for the past two years. It has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Marc Paige and his staff are extremely professional. If anything goes wrong it is taken care of immediately. Someone from my place of worship just asked me where he could rent a home from and I gave him the acumen property group number as well as Marc's number so that he could experience the same level of professionalism and peace of mind that I have had. I have been renting from this company for the last 2 years and their service has been excellent. I recently was in a car accident that made my life a little difficult and hectic but through it all my property manager Marc Paige stayed completely understanding and helpful. Marc is very quick and attentive when it comes to repairs or questions regarding my house and he informs me well in advance of any inspections which is more than I can ask for. I absolutely love the service this company and Marc has provided and if I had to do it again I would choose them!
