I was referred to Achievers Mortgage in 2016 when I bought my first house by my realtor. Everything went super well and super smooth, and Bill was EXCELLENT. He really treated me like family. This past month, my husband and I decided to get a bigger house to support our growing family. My husband, who is also a realtor, and I were looking for someone to pre-qualify us. While he had someone he worked with, his company wasn't as eager as Bill was for us! My mom and my aunt also used Achievers Mortgage for their houses and told me I should look into them again. I don't think an hour went by, and I already had a response from Bill. The next day, we went house hunting and found a perfect house. This was on a Sunday. We called Bill and told him we found a great house and needed to qualify. He stopped what he was doing and qualified us a short time later and we were able to put an offer in on the house that day. Just like my previous house, this was a smooth transaction and quick! Bill really treats you like family and is eager to help you. He was always in contact with us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Bill is AWESOME (and he likes the Yankees, which is a huge plus :)).
