Ace property management managed my duplex at Haines Ave for about 4 years and are very honest hard working people. I never had complaints from my tenents and were quick to take care of any urgent issues with the houses.

Tyler and Rachel and staff managed our first home. It was the first home that I have ever purchased and was worried about leaving it under the care of someone else as I moved to another part of the country. ACE was superb in answering all question I had, they put up really nice tenants in my place. I really appreciated their responsiveness to any questions or changes I needed especially since I was so far away! They made my first rental a really stress free experience!

My experience with Rachel was unprofessional and frustrating. After I inquired about a rental property on facebook marketplace, the price was suddenly raised by $100. Which didn’t affect us because we already pay 1,700+ at our apartment and receive BAH as a military family. But it was odd nonetheless. When I asked about scheduling a showing, I got no response for two days until I scheduled it myself online. Then, Rachel texted my personal number asking to reschedule, despite my earlier efforts to confirm a time. Then texted me again on facebook messenger FINALLY purposing a time to meet up after I had to go out of my way to inquire on the website. On the morning of the showing, I got an automated message and email saying the property was off the market. When I followed up confused as anyone would be she casually suggested seeing a different property instead of letting me know what happened. The disorganization and dismissiveness made this an awful experience.

We recently moved out of a townhouse managed by Ace Property Management in Box Elder, off Radar Hill Road. Ace took over management about two months before we moved out, and during that short time, they made a significant difference. Prior to their management, the property was in poor shape, with overgrown weeds and grass, and dumpsters surrounded by old furniture and garbage. Once Ace took over, they were attentive and responsive to all of our requests, quickly addressing the issues. The move-out process was smooth, and we received our security deposit within days. Overall, they were very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I really had a great experience with Ace Property Management as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and are just great people to take care of the rental property I resided. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area. Communicating with Rachel, Shannon, or Tyler was always timely and efficient. The property was in dire need of the attentiveness and respectfulness. It was nice, as the experience with the previous property management Co. was atrocious. Thank you Ace employees, for going above and beyond to make the property safe and addressing all the issues in a timely manner, and thank you for the respect and kindness you showed me.

We had a great experience renting from Ace Property Management! Rachel & Tyler are by far the best property managers we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a whole range of managers over the years!). They have clear, reasonable expectations for tenants and are willing to answer questions if they arise. They're also hands-off and let you live your life while renting one of their properties. Tyler & Rachel are both very nice and make the whole process from lease-signing to move-out easy, which is really saying something in such a crazy market. They are honest with their tenants and won’t make up fake reasons to keep your deposit or charge you. The house itself was in great shape and didn’t have any issues. The online portal is super easy to use, too. We only stopped renting from them because we bought a house, but if we rent again in the future they’ll be our first call. I couldn’t say enough how pleasant our renting experience was with them. Totally recommend.

We first met the management team the day we saw the home. They were awesome and up front about everything. The home was everything they said. They sent maintenance immediately when we had an issue. The furnace filters arrived like clockwork. We are sad to leave this property but if we ever return to south Dakota, our first call will be to Rachel and her team at ACE Management!

Ace Property took over as our property managers in the middle of our 3 year stay. They mad the transition/ switch in leases absolutely easy. Tyler and Matt stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, and we're quick and responsive when we had needs for the house. I do like that they added an online spot to submit needs for the house, it made it a lot easier than having to call. They usually called the same day or the next to address my claim. Upon move out they were amazing as well as Rachel. They made sure to stay in contact making sure I had everything I needed and allowed me to keep my mailbox key for a few weeks due to my change of address not taking effect. These guys are amazing and I was very happy with my experience.
