STOP rent else where. Property owners bad help. Very rude, ugly and dirty fights with prospects. I applied in the time given, provided all info and avoided, ignored and was talked rudely too because I asked for time frames. She refused to contact my income sources until several days late. 10 days later I asked why she was treating me so poorly ignoring calls, text and given no punctual feed back she spitefully responded saying she gave the unit to someone else. Carolyn is very bias and combative.

I've been renting from this property management for 4 years and i love it when i have a problem I just contact them and they get the job done very caring, very professional mrs. Ward is the best!!!
