ABC Property Management has been handling a rental property for me the last several years. Brian and his staff have done a great job getting tenants into the house. Hot water tank went out and he had a new one installed the next day. Decided to repaint a few bedrooms and have the fence re-stained between tenants, and the contractors he used performed prompt, professional work at better prices than I could source on my own. Lease agreements, tax documents, and monthly statements are all accurate and timely; things I prefer a professional company to manage. Highly recommend ABC Management for taking care of your property.

First rented this house through Metro, they were bad, ABC Property Management is worse. Don’t ever expect an email back from Brett Ross or Brian Clark. Don’t expect their system to be working for maintenance requests. Really, just hope you don’t need em, cuz they don’t respond.

**as soon as I posted this review, I was promptly contacted by Brian from ABC property management who gave every excuse under the sun as to why they can’t respond for weeks to emails but can reply instantly to a negative google review. Long story short, these people care a lot about their impression but obviously don’t know how to communicate with paying customers since their communication is either nonexistent or ends with them calling their own clients cuss words and then dropping the property. This is the service you can expect from ABC Property Management
