When I bought a home in Bono she was the agent for he builder. N. Lopez . I liked the house but the drainage ditch out front. I stated before I closed that my drain wasn’t right. It was holding water when rest of ditch was dry. Then all my sod was dead. Her selling pitch the way was listed. Was house had the newest and best insulation. Walls and attic was all spray foamed The road had trailers when first started. So they was still old trailor across street. Windows broke But she told my realtor that they had sllready worked it out with owners and that within a year the trailers would be gone Snd new house going up. She gets letter from mayor of Bono Saying Bono would have the ditches flowing correctly. Nelson Lopez would fix the sod and gaurantee fit would be done right. Well I went a head and closed. The ditches never fixed as promised. I didn’t have spray foamed The road in attic it was just spray insulation. My driveway is just crumbling away. Trsilors even old abandoned ones or still across the road. My sod is more weeds.lthsn sod. I had to stand out in road one day to catch Nelson to get some sod then Musi crew. Just threw some in yard. I had to put it down and there wasn’t enough. Had to pay him 500 dollars to put the rest down. And I still kept dying. Well they was chunks of concrete bricks and everything under it. The ground is just red clay. Csnt get nothing to grow. Do I feel she said whatever to get the house sold. She knew they hadn’t bought the tel it’s and them be gone in yesr Snd new there wasn’t spray foamed The attic. Didn’t make sure the ditch would be draining right. Knew they hadn’t bought contractor was not going to fix the sod and like I said. All thes promises she made Snd didn’t fufill none of them. Snd it was brand new house. Very unhappy. Jason

What a great experience working with Abby Lee!! After 28 years of living in Houston, Texas, we chose to move to Paragold, Arkansas and due to Abby's knowledge of the area and her hard work ethic, it was such a smooth and easy transition. After driving all day, she graciously met with us that evening at a home that we did end up buying. At the end of such a long trip, it was nice to have a very friendly face, and someone who not only knows the real estate market, but also helped us make the connections we needed to move out of state. Abby kept us fully apprised by email and text, and we were able to fully close on this house quickly and without having to make another long trip. You won't find a more highly efficient and friendly real estate agent than Abby. I highly recommend her and ERA Doty Real Estate if you are moving near the Jonesboro area!!
