They did a terrible job managing my property. They didn't even do a credit and background check on the tenant. They told me "the tenant has good, stable income" that turned out to be totally wrong. I didn't authorize any dogs in the house to start with, now the tenant has 6 fully grown dogs, and 9 puppies. They didn't notify me that the tenant destroyed the garage door and failed to get the tenant to fix it. The tenant is actively damaging the property. The last act of Sandy my manager was to give the tenant another smoke detector to install himself. Now after all that has happened, why in the world would you give the tenant the smoke detector to install himself? What kind of a manager is this? The tenant probably sold the new smoke detector. I would go inside to check out the property but after giving the tenant notice for an inspection he replied "you gonna be waiting outside". The 3 day notice to pay or quit that they gave the tenant was defective. How do I know? I went to court for the eviction, and that's what the judge told me.
