I have been delighted with my A&M Property Management experience. My home has been maintained beautifully, I have been disturbed minimally. The management firm has delivered on all promises and has been responsive to any and all of my questions is a timely manner.

This rental agency is absolutely NO GOOD! RENTERS BE WARE!!!! Jay is a liar. And is very unprofessional. Told my boyfriend this past saturday that he would send us an application to our email. 2hrs go by and he never did. We contact him again, and Jay says we are ok to come to his office on monday to sign the lease agreement. Wednesday morning he says hes waiting for th ed owner of the property to come in the office and make a final decision. My boyfriend calls Jay back after noon, and Jay states that he gave the house to somebody else. That was a couple who had a kid....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Horrible unorganized and unprofessional. They will tell you to come sign the lease then tell you someone else already has it. I never dealt with a misleading company such as this and will stay far away from them in the future. Guess you can say i dodged a bullet on this one. Deal with them at your own risk and time.

There’s definitely a reason why this company has such terrible reviews and reputation. The owners are extremely rude, unprofessional, and vindictive. Avoid having to do business with these people at all costs!

They do not care about your house, never listen to your complaint about broken things or bad people near by, only interested and fast to collect your money, very sad, if I had choice to choose management company, I'll NEVER go with them,
