A friend of mine who owns rentals highly recommended Jo Ann to me when I needed to sell a rental triplex 5 months after my husband’s death. With no prior experience in real estate sale, I was apprehensive of what I expected to be a tedious and time-consuming process. In less than 2 months, the escrow was closed on a smooth sale!

Jo Ann is a straight shooting professional who is honest and responsive. She is very up-to-date with the current housing market and the regulations/rules for landlords and tenants in the cities and counties she works in. Throughout the entire process, she served as the intermediary between the buyer and me to resolve questions and problems identified to be fixed, always with advice that I found to be fair. About the only work I had to do was research into my rental database on the property to gather some past and present information that the buyer requested through Jo Ann. Beyond that I just wait to read and be updated by Jo Ann’s emails on the progress of things. I will definitely use Jo Ann’s service again.

Jo Ann Rodda has done an excellent job managing my property since 2002. After she accepts an application, she takes the property off the market. This doe not waste other applicants's time and money. If the applicant changes her mind later, the initial deposit to hold the unit is turned over to the landlord to cover lost of time in marketing the unit. If the applicant is turned down, the initial deposit minus the credit check is returned to the applicant. The landlord received Ms DuPree's deposit!

Jo Ann Rodda is a CROOK! She does terrible business dealings, and she'll steal your money. A very greedy and hateful woman.
She stole money when I submitted my application for an apartment (very worn down and not kept up at all). I thought about it a few hours then withdrew my application. Jo Ann literally refused to refund the money knowing she hadnt processed any paperwork, my credit check, nothing at all!! NOTHING had been done yet she insisted on withholfding my money.
I've submitted a police report to notify the authorities of Miss Rodda's unlawful business practices,
