After a couple of previous attempts to buy a specific house, Garrett helped us get the dream house in a smoothly manner.

Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts.

Garrett helped to make our home buying process easy and enjoyable. Weird, right? You always hear horror stories when it comes to buying a home, especially your first home and in the Bay Area. But Garrett made it a breeze from start to finish. He was very easy to get ahold of, and was extremely quick to respond to any messages we sent him. At the beginning of the process, our lender told us how pleased he was he saw we were working with Garrett, and that he would “work tirelessly on our behalf”. This statement could not be more true! I feel he went above and beyond in his work for us and I would recommend working with him for any of your real estate needs. When we decided to leave California for the second time, we already knew Garrett from a previous sell and then a previous buy would be our man. But, wait - there was also a new bonus: enter Martha, his new real estate partner who adds a ton of value to the entire experience!

We were fully convinced that Garrett would get the sale reasonable soon in a finicky market. His impeccable approach, commitment to customer's success, organization, skills, and now we can safely also say his experience resulted in receiving an offer over asking within 4 days of the house listed. WOW - talk about the merits of planning and preparation!!!

To say we are delighted with this 3peat success would be a gross understatement so instead I'll just say that it is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious !!!

Needless to say, whether you are buying or selling a home in the SF Bay Area, if you want the best possible buying/selling experience then CALL ON GARRETT & MARTHA !!!!!

In a word, Garrett is fantastic! Two years ago, Garrett helped us sell our home which went much better than expected. One would think that is hard to beat. Not.

Enter Garrett to help us find a new home in 2021. Being out of state and challenged by the current virus and economic crisis, we were skeptical we would find anything in our first visit (which came after 2 cancellations due to the virus uncertainties). With perseverance, priority and commitment on Garrett's part, we pulled off a minor miracle and found a home we love and purchased in Antioch!

What sets Garrett apart from the rest is his focus on you the customer and his can-do demeanor. Whether you are looking to sell or buy a home, based on our experience with Garrett doing both, there isn't a realtor in the Bay Area other than Garrett that you will want!!!
