Hard to even know where to start. We have had the experience with Toby Parks at MRE twice now. First time when looking at a prospective, building to buy and second time when looking at a commercial space for lease.
I have lived in different countries and different states and I have bought and rented commercial property. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional, unresponsive and unethical.
What’s more both the properties he has shown us are still vacant. I’m sure their owners love that. When you take 2 weeks to respond an email, practice bait and switch techniques and are borderline rude in your treatment of clients- this is probably the natural result.
