If there was a rating higher than 5, I’d totally give it that! Steve is phenomenal to work with and has first class customer service! I had called to inquire about a 26’ box truck as my own was in the shop for some unforeseen repairs, but unfortunately they were out. Unlike any other rental place who were quick to hang up the phone just to sit down and do a whole lot of nothing, Steve just decided to throw in that he does have the Sprinter Cargo Vans if I’d be interested to which I had initially declined and thought, “...that doesn’t do me any good”. But the thought lingered in my mind and after exchanging numerous phone calls (which by the way may have been annoying), but Steve answered my questions and concerns with dead on, hit the nail on the head type of answers and if I might add professionally, I ended up trying out the Cargo Van. No regrets! This didn’t only save me down time while my truck was in the shop, but also was so convenient at the same time especially in the downtown San Francisco Area. Thank you, Steve! Wish you the very best and hope that you continue to grow. I look forward to working with you again in the future!
