Sandi has been our property manager for seven years and we highly recommend her. When tenants leave the property she efficiently and quickly takes care of any work that needs to take place, with the owner's approval. The contractors she uses do quality work, are reasonable, and quickly complete the project. Sandi is able to rent the property quickly and we have had very good tenants. Sandi's management fees are also very reasonable. She has a positive, outgoing personality, and she is a joy to work with.
