I don’t know what’s wrong with this company, arbitrary listed my own property for rent on Redfin. Someone showed up randomly today saying they scheduled a tour for the house. I’m calling the police on them

SLPM has been providing excellent customer service (property management) to me for over 6 years! They are very professional and knowledgeable about Tenant/Landlord Laws in the Bay Area (specifically, Oakland). They always have my best interest at heart. They sent me notifications in a timely manner, they give me all the options, and they're very responsive to my requests as a landlord. San Leandro Property Management has been very trustworthy, helpful, and reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional property management company in the East Bay/Bay Area.

My husband and I were former landlords in the SF Bay Area. SLPM was our management company for 11 years and they did an excellent job. Kept us abreast of all new COVID restrictions.
Rent was paid in full and on time. The communication was quick, accurate, and spot on.
Helped us reach an amicable agreement with our last tenant. Kept us in compliance. Low management fees. Highly recommended ! Shout out to Steve Francois and Leanne Anderson.

SLPM managed the 2 Oakland duplexes for the six years that I owned them. They did fabulous job taking care of the day to day property management. They have a great organization, good attitude proactively solving problems before they become serious.

The company is very unprofessional. The team allows the managers to take advantage of HOA that depend on their advice. Instead they harass, overcharge and fail to stop 🛑 interfering with the community. They also allowed our manager to utilize her husband with no bids and compromise our safety. The manager grace and Leanne are completely unethical. Gary ignored the complaints

This property management group refuses to answer the phone. The receptionist Nellie is extremely rude and judgmental when she does answer the phone . I have called numerous times due to a roach infestation in my neighbors unit. The issue has gotten out of hand for me and gives me so much stress with no help from them. When reaching out they don't respond and if they respond they don't know which property you're talking about even with giving them your address. They responded in a email once saying " which property we deal with a lot of roaches" (just to give you an idea of who you're working with).

Don’t bother! I showed up for a viewing after driving over an hour and they put a note on the door that it was cancelled. I applied to another apartment and payed $70 total for my partner and I. Never heard from them again! I had to call and send several emails! They are unresponsive. Scammers! They keep apartment units as ‘available’ on there website even when already taken. They just collect more application fees! Stay away!
