Bad customer service and they are liers my grandfather applied for a property on last friday and was told all week that his background didn’t come back which it did and he has excellent credit and receives well over the required income every month and was told his application didn’t meet the requirements and if he didn’t call these people would have continued to lie to him and then he asked about another one of their property the was lesser money and smaller and still was told he wasn’t approved for it and was told to find someone else to rent from. I feel like it’s because my grandfather is black and they are being racist towards him and because he is an older gentleman. They have been giving him the run around and lying saying his background never came back. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR AFRICAN AMERICAN. 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Now that I've been working with Bedrock for 1.5 years, I feel I can fairly review them. They've been very good for us. Due to the amount of new construction in Huntsville, older houses in established neighborhoods have become increasingly harder to rent out. Both times it was on the market, we appreciated that Bedrock remained patient and showed our house many times until they found viable tenants for us.

They also helped us solve an ongoing plumbing problem which took several trips from multiple plumbers as well as Gregg. Their vendors seem to be priced fairly and do quality work.

Gregg, Carrie and Kara have all been great boots on the ground for us. All are very friendly, helpful and professional. Tenants seem to like them too.

Good people to rent from. Gregg has always been very helpful with any problems that come up. We rented from them for two years, only real issue we ever had was a pipe burst one winter. Gregg showed up personally with a wet-vac to help with the water damage, and then handled the plethora of contractors in the following weeks

Greg was compassionate and understanding when I came to them looking for a rental. He took the time to listen and find me and my son a place we could call home. I have had many positive interactions with the staff when I had questions. They have responded quickly to all maintenance requests and genuinely care about my quality of living at the apartment. I can't say enough kind words about Greg, Rachelle and Cari they treat me like family.

If you are looking for a place to rent, I highly recommend seeing what Bedrock has to offer. We have rented the home through them for almost 2 years now and I have nothing but good to say! We have not had any issues with our home, it is well maintained and beautiful. Bedrock keeps ontop of any maintenance issues and they work around your schedule for anything that you need. When it comes to paying rent they have a few options online or even paying with a money order in person which I like but also having the convenience of paying with a card or bank account through the app can also be helpful if you can't make it into the office. Rachelle and Greg have also been extremely helpful if we have needed anything. They do inspections every so often but they make sure they give you a good notice and will work around any schedule issues you have. When they do the inspections, you can tell that they truly care about their properties they manage and truly care about any issues you maybe having. We have pest control monthly come by, I am not sure if that is done by the actual home owner or Bedrock but our pest control is the best at what he does and we have not had any issues with bugs or other pests since we've moved in. We love this place, the management is the best we've ever seen and we plan to stay here for awhile until we are ready to purchase a home.
