Was interested in a unit and scheduled to see the unit just to know on the door and it be occupied by someone else. False advertisement is the least of their problems because I turned in an application within 24 hours of viewing the unit with ZERO communication over the past 7 days just to be informed by their grammatically incorrect AI scheduler by email that the unit is leased. No one answers their emails, phone, or texts. Very unprofessional with horrible business practices.

I tried calling no response. They texted me back and the 4-5 messages were three word sentences. There was a lack of professionalism. Would love to look at a unit but no real information was provided.

If you rent with them just know your maintenance requests might never get resolved timely, just fyi. If you get upset with them they’ll claim you are harassing them although failing to fix an issue for tenants in a property for over 30 days is considered harassment under city of Oakland.

They’ll minimize the importance of maintaining the property you live in when you ask them for, even though it’s you that lives in the property you are renting and you’ll never get a rent break considering they don’t do their maintenance in a timely manner but you pay rent consistently and timely.

I came from hayward to apply and talk about seeing a unit that they are managing, first there office door was close and when we nock the door the Asian lady open the door and we said can we make an appointment for this unit she did not behave good and asked me to right my name and phone number in a paper then someone will call me and I asked when someone is going to call me she got mad on me and another WHITE Guy came out and talked to us with very loud and very Rude.
So I don't recommend this business to anybody.

One advice anyone want to rent an apartment do not go to this office. They have the worst management in the world they don’t answer to the phone and email, they just want to waste your time and get the fees for the money order as much as they can 🤦‍♂️
