Great spot to see folks almost get hit by cars and nearly cause accidents. We got joggers running with their headphones on through the intersection regardless to what color the light is like they're invincible or something. Pretty sure it's the folks that live in apartments directly across the bridge on the Amador village circle area. But yeah, bring popcorn.

Extremely helpful staff. They provide me with clear instructions on what to do every single time. If you are willing to listen and follow their instructions, you will move forward with your project. While waiting for my turn I had seen people leaving upset for not having what they needed to get the their permit issue. Be prepared or open to comeback once you have all your paperwork in order. The inspectors are also very cooperative and willing to help you. I extend my gratitude to all the staff from the front desk to the last plan review engineer for their willingness to serve.

Arnold Gee is the most unprofessional building inspector we have ever worked with. Apparently he has been transferred multiple times and it is very apparent why. He is unbearable to work with and has nearly prompted fist fights on the job. His poor attitude leaves homeowners questioning why the building department chooses to keep him on. He should be left in the office to avoid confrontation in the field.

Terrible building department to work with. They don't answer calls. They don't call back and they barely answer emails with responses that's helpful. They used to be so good before COVID.

This review is just based on the parking.
If you park in the wrong stop expect a ticket. They block off parts of the parking lot and your forced to try an find a way out. The parking pay machine doesn’t work. So bring cash.
