I can’t say enough great things about Nate here at this company. He went above and beyond to get me a home and get me one quickly. The ladies in the office were so kind and so generous and so patient with me. I just been going through a divorce and needed a home quickly for me and my dog, and not only did I get something quick but they also Went above them. They should be able to get me in this home. As you know what divorce can be trying and stressful, but this experience has made it so much more easier and stress free to find a place for myself. Nate has always been quick to respond to my text, and any questions that I’ve had about the home. This is actually the first time I’ve ever went through a realtor company to rent a place and I was nervous, and they exceeded my expectations and and fears to nearly nothing.

I've been a landlord over the past 12 years and have never worked with a property management company as unprofessional and despicable as Rosenblum.
After they approved an applicant to rent my house, they told me her move-in date as per her application was in 2 weeks. Turns out, she had to delay her move-in by another 2 weeks yet Rosenblum never communicated this to me. They simply allowed the tenant to change her move-in date and it was only after not receiving the full month of rent that I found out about this.
Later on, the tenant got sick and blamed the house for her sickness even though it was a new build and I had it professionally inspected before purchase. The builder company agreed to have it inspected and tested by a third party to give us peace of mind yet Rosenblum was on the side of the tenant from the start. Before we even got the results of the inspection and testing, Michael Rosenblum called me with his lawyer to pressure me to accept a deal with the tenant where I had to refund her all months of rent she paid to avoid a lawsuit. It became clear at that point that Rosenblum had only the interests of the tenant in mind. After rejecting Ronseblum's deal, hiring a lawyer and receiving the results of the inspection and testing it was confirmed that the house was not causing the illness of the tenant. I also found out that there's no legal precedent that would have given the tenant a case even if she had had one and that Rosenblum has a reputation for being a single-sided company that only cares about themselves.
Rosenblum will always be on the side of the tenant for a simple reason: they get money from companies in Huntsville that are relocating employees to Alabama to help them find housing which far exceeds the property management fees they get from homeowners. This conflict of interest results in an unprofessional and unethical company that does not have any sense of responsibility towards homeowners and treats them like a replaceable commodity.

Nate Woodall is not just a realtor. He went above and beyond and at many points became a 'therapist' and a friend! He never rushed us or made us feel in any way like this was just a sale for him. Client service is truly a better term for him. He continually found homes for us to look at even though our needs list was difficult to work with! He put himself in our shoes when it came to deciding if a house was right for us. When we were discouraged, he would let us know that we were going to find the home that is right for us. And it was all completely worth it! I highly recommend Nate and the Rosenblum team. I don't know what I would have done without them.

If you like an exhaustive experience then renting from Rosenblum Realty is the property management company for you! The supposed ‘upscale townhouse’ that they listed and I chose to rent has been nothing but a maintenance nightmare. It’s very clear that Rosenblum puts zero effort into upkeep of their rental properties and I would be hesitant to have them manage any property of mine given their inability to manage rentals. Though part of me questions if their purpose is to act as the Ticketmaster of rentals by refusing to fully fix issues at the request of the actual owner, in this case a David L Roberts of Owens Cross, by publicly accessible property tax records.

- The pool key for the unit was never provided despite multiple attempts at asking even though the listing highlighted pool access.
-There were about 9 roofer visits for a roof leak that they could not seem to fully fix.
-The HVAC/Heat pump is on its last leg and there have been 10+ visits from a technician to try and limp it along. After the heat pump had major issues during the ice storm, I had to wait 6+ weeks (spent the rest of the winter running on the expensive resistive strips) for them to fix the heat because the actual homeowner bought a home warranty and wanted to wait for it to go into effect before approving the repairs. Unsurprisingly the warranty didn’t cover pre-existing issues so 1) I waited for nothing and 2) he still had to pay. Again unsurprisingly the HVAC system required multiple service calls in the hot weather as well.
-The garage door motor logic board died and I was asked to spend a week doing youtube fix it videos before they finally scheduled a service call.
-The fridge/freezer compressor died and took 5+ weeks to get replaced so they could keep using their own maintenance person that kept ghosting. I had to purchase a mini fridge to be able to keep perishables during this debacle. The actual property owner ended up asking Rosenblum if I would be willing to buy one myself “so I could take it with me”. When they finally ordered a replacement they did not consult my availability and proceeded to get huffy at me when I couldn’t leave work in the middle of the day with 5 minutes of notice.
-A window broke off its track during a high wind event and after a week of trying to get it fixed it suddenly became their priority only once the actual owner asked about it and then I had to delay my vacation to meet the repairman. It was sealed shut, barring a potential exit in an emergency, and not replaced until some months later.

Dealing with the Rosenblum staff has been an equal challenge. The owner Michael Rosenblum is nothing but dismissive of the unit having multiple maintenance issues and would always say ‘other tenants have it worse’. The fact that their emergency line voicemail was frequently full and comments like ‘we’re backed up’ make it seem like they’re having numerous issues elsewhere with other unkempt properties. Another comment made was ‘there was only one service call before you’ was easily debunked by the roofer and neighbors confirming that the previous tenants had recurring issues with the roof leak. He would also get somewhat frustrated and question me when technicians they set up everything with (and would’ve provided info to) would call the actual owner for repair authorizations.

Also they took the entire allotted 60 days to return the deposit.

Though the house took more time than expected overall my realtor was awesome! Checking on the house weekly and at times more than that. Having moved out of the state, I was kept up to date on the property. During the winter months she also made sure that the property was prepared for the weather.
