A business is only as good as it's workers. I found the people at Yosemite Mortgage backstopping each other well. If my loan officer is out or on another line, whoever answers the phone can access my case and solve my problem so I don't have to wait for a callback. They are all good hand holders. This was my first experience buying a home by my self - scary. No matter who I talked to they knew what my next was, who it was with and how to contact that person. Speedy service!
