Worst level of professionalism I have ever experienced. I merely gave Bob Clark a call to ask a few questions about a property listed for rent, and he was so incredibly rude, my fiancé and I were in shock that he would speak to someone in such a manner. He even went so far as to make an incredibly insulting comment regarding my fiancé’s credit score. Avoid anything listed by Clark Realty, unless you don’t mind being treated like dirt.

Bob Clark is incredibly rude. I CAN NOT believe he has clients at all. My family went to look at a home to rent and he almost didn’t even let my kids come I. With us. He didn’t acknowledge me or my children. He didn’t show us around Just stood there with a grumpy look on his face. We loved the home but won’t rent it due to Bob Clark. I highly recommend Not using him.

We rented a property on Makin Avenue in the Antelope Valley Country Club Estates. The property was in a very good neighborhood and Bob was always right there when we needed him. One day during a wind storm a small Palm Tree blew over. We called bob and he picked up on the first ring and the Palm Tree was gone the very next day! After we moved out Bob promptly returned our security deposit.

If you like getting ripped off you found the right company. This "realtor has figured out how to stick it to the home owner and renter at the same time.If you use his property management service get out your wallet because the repairs needed will add up fast.He will tell you what you want to hear but the next day ignore your wishes and the bill stacks up. The renter pays him the rent and all repairs are deducted whether you authorize them or not.Very smooth talker !But avoid at all cost!
