Hartwig property management has been easy to work with. Never had issues with them. Debi is the person who got me to rent the townhouse. Been living here the past two years. I use to work for Lockheed martin. All service calls they handle all the time. You just have to be promot and schedule the service request. I feel it's all about respect, you give to receive respect. Thank you guys.

I came across this property management when I was already loosing hope of finding a new place to rent in the city of Lancaster, they were so helpful found an amazing townhome just perfect for our little family, made the process so easy, been here for about 1 year now and when I have needed any maintenance request they have been very quick to send someone over. I am very pleased and highly recommended them!

When a handful of people think Property Management, they automatically think nightmares.
Our Property Management is absolutely Awesome! Our experience begins with Debi Patterson.
Let me start by saying she, Keri, Renee & Nicole have gone above & beyond since we started renting this Beautiful Home.
Care is given, not only via email, but personal calls too. When it comes to paying rent & utilities to anything we need on questions. Even a couple of things to be done, Bam it's done!
Recently, on a Sunday, Debi Rocked! She was super quick over the leak on the property. Between her, her communication with the owners & us, all fixed in no time flat.
We are absolutely Blessed to have Coldwell Banker Hartwigs Property Management, Debi Patterson, as our choice to rent through. Pretty sure the owners feel the same as we All Have Been and Are In Extremely Good Hands.
Professional, Experienced, Down To Earth and Amazing to work with.
Anything you need is always taken care of and never gone ignored. I feel Pride in what they do is shown and the Team Work they have is over 100%.
We take Great Pride in taking care of the home inside & out. It's what people should do. Keep the home clean & outside groomed & pay what you agreed to pay + on time. That's what we would expect if we were the owners.

We had the opportunity to work with Debbie Patterson who was recommended by a friend. She helped us during our house hunting phase to find a home to rent in a very tight rental market. She inquired about our criteria and price range and came up with great recommendations. We greatly appreciate her assistance and knowledge of the local area. I just got into some disgusting mess with this company. They rushed me into a rental and threatening by saying If I didn't make a fast decision than the house would be given to someone else. So I toke it for 2 days. I couldn't take the urine/filthy smell the house had. Comes to find out it was from the old blood stained carpets. They said that owner did t want to repair carpet nor paint but that I could if I wanted to. So once I seen the blood under the foam, I just couldn't. Now Renee refunded our check and a week later they toke the money from my bank account. Now they said wait for a contact from our attorney to get a portion of the refund back. And now Linda the front lady said that she doesn't believe Renee told me to take the carpet out when she did say that and even offered to send some one to do it for us. Please take this review serious don't mess with this ratchet company. They are here for a pay check that's it!!!

these people will do walk throughs with you sleeping in your bed, judge your housekeeping skills, and most importantly not return your deposit even while you are paying required rent on a month to month. Office manager has the worst attitude and is not friendly towards the tenants she feels she doesn't have to "because I don't work for you" is what she said
