Reality Property Management has managed my Triplex in the Antelope Valley for over 15 years and I am very happy with their services. As an absentee landlord I depend on Laura and her staff to handle the maintenance and renting of the property and they have done an excellent job. They know qualified tradespeople who charge reasonable rates to handle any maintenance problems, and they have an intimate knowledge of the housing market in the valley and so are able to secure good long term tenants at competitive rates. I would not hesitate to recommend Realty Property Management for the professional management of your rental properties.

Ive never delt with person in business that is as rude as this lady she is short and only gives you 2 minutes to walk thru the house and you have to pick right then and there very pushy. Well i finally rented a house worse nightmare in my life. In the mid of summer the air conditioner went out i requests for repair she statement to me stop complaining lock the house up and go to the mall its very cool there.The.ceiling in the kitchen had a big bubble of water leaking all over counters and floors for 3 weeks and i asked for help and she said stick a pen in it bust the bubbleand let the water out and stop complaining. Only 2 eyes on the stove work she says just use the 2eyesthat work after 6 months of asking to fix the water leak in the front and back yard the city gave notice to fine property of excessive usage of water only then she would repair the back yard. fence completely fell i was told i dont really need a fence im on a corner lot she told me to stop complaining or move 2 months before my lease was up she gave me a 60 day notice to move i told her it was not fair to make me move because she dont want to fix the house she told me it was not her property she doesent want a tenent that complains i dont think these issus were complants that was not warranted. I moved and cleaned unit up not leaving 1 piece of paper in house or yards she then gave me a bill of 1600.00 stating that place was filthy charged me 250 for a faucet that was not broken when i left 250 for 8 screens missing the house all screens still attacted 100 for remote which were left in the house i called laura twice telling her i got calls from my old neighbours that kids were in and out the house and she needs to lock the house up. Why dont somone dail her number sometimes and see how rude she is thanks for releasing me from the land lord from hell and i would not recommend anyone on renting any property from this ladylaura thanks for showing me and a lot of people your a old rude ass non professional witch

The owner of this management company is terrible! I've never spoken to someone so rude, and someone who is expected to be professional at that. She was short, disrespectful, and wouldn't allow me to speak. I was under the impression I called a business line, and was hoping to get a voicemail for more info on a website. She answered and yelled about how late it is and it's only 7:15! So glad I found this out before trying to do business with her.
