There is a multitude of amazing things that I could say about working with Danielle, but I will narrow it down to the aspects that are most important to me. We can’t say enough great things about working with Danielle! She has been our loan officer for years, this is the third loan we’ve done through her (technically 4th if you count family working with her too). At this point we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Danielle went above and beyond for us in every aspect of our loan process. There were multiple things that came up for us that that we weren’t aware of prior to starting that needed to be handled. I wish we could give her 100 stars but I guess 5 will do. As first time home buyers my husband and I started our adventure of finding a home filled with anxiety, doubt and a million questions. We didn’t have the first clue what the process looked like or where to begin. That’s when Danielle came in and saved the day. She walked us through every step of the process, answered every silly question (even though she assured us over and over that none of our questions were silly) and made the process not only easy but fun. Not only was everything taken care of quickly and easily but this magician somehow managed to get us an appraisal waiver (which I soon found out is a pretty huge deal!)
We can’t recommend Danielle enough and plan to give her information to every one we know that is looking for their forever home.
