House hunting can be, at times, a grueling process; but Amy made it fun! I looked forward to our weekend outings to look at multiple houses that took up most of a Saturday. When she wasn’t making me laugh, she was filling me in about the little details of every house as well as her knowledge of the current market. Amy is a person that does her homework and makes things as easy on her clients as she can. She is truly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend her to everyone I know that’s in the market. I will definitely use her again next time I’m buying and/or selling real estate. You should too!!!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Amy, helped my daughter and I as first time buyers to purchase the home of our dreams. However, the purchase presented challenges with interest rates along with building discrepancies. These things would have been major without Mrs. Butler. Instead, the journey continued to be smooth while she worked silently using resources and kindness to ensure that we had a profitable outcome. Her perseverance, kindness, and love for her clients is second to none. In addition she is a woman of God and integrity, she worked on behalf of my family with transparency. She is fair and consistent and demonstrated equity throughout the process. She is culturally aware and ethical. She poured into our family before, during, and after the process. She is still checking in our family and I highly recommend her to specifically first time buyers, educators, and veterans. I just recently moved cross-state. I started this process by searching for realtors in the area and found Amy B. As I'm sure many of you are aware, selling and buying are a difficult task to take on. That said, Amy is and will probably be the absolute best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. She never hesitated with responding back; even at late hours of the night with questions or just feelings of anxiety, she was there every step for my family. Amy is the best! I needed to downsize to a smaller, one level home. Amy helped with this process the whole way through, always with a smile. It had been quite some time since I had purchased a home. Amy was always available to answer any of my questions and to take me back to homes we had seen before when I wanted to see them again and again and, as always, with a smile.  Amy helped me through the closing process and helped with some other things after closing. Amy has been the best realtor my wife and I have ever had. We recently relocated from Texas and Amy was instrumental to the success of our move. The same day she gave us 4 virtual tours she rappelled down a 160 foot building for foster children. We ended up choosing the 1st house she had lined up for us and went above and beyond through every step. Our moving experience was far from smooth, but Amy was the shining star that guided us to our new home. Even after helping us secure our rental home she once again outdid herself and accepted delivery of my vehicle when I had no one else in the area. She even met us the day we arrived and made a luxurious custom gift basket for us and our pets. We are both so thankful for everything she has done for us and will absolutely be working with her on all future moves in the Huntsville area.

Where to even begin? We were first-time homebuyers and didn't know exactly where to start or what to do. Amy did such an incredible job from start to finish. She cleared her Saturday so we could tour homes all day; she either had an answer or did everything she could to get an answer and was always by our side. With her, we found our dream home and had a smooth process! I cannot recommend Amy enough.
